5 Ways to Help you Hit the Publish Video Button- Part 2

“Michelle, I’ve shot a few videos but…I look so stiff!”, Nancy shared somewhat exasperated.

We were at a mastermind and I was curious what my highly sensitive preneur colleagues most needed help with around making videos.

“How do I get past the awkward-teenager-on-video phase and press the Publish Button?” Nancy was hoping for a shortcut!

Can you relate to this? I’ve certainly been there.

Alas, it is truly a developmental phase of video visibility that cannot be skipped over as you learn the skill of video. A rite of passage to surrender to imperfection and being SEEN, way out there– permanently!

Nancy was concerned, “Will it deposition me to be seen, looking soooooo…… un-on-top-of-it?”

This is a worthy concern based on an old paradigm that emphasizes outward appearances rather than authenticity and vulnerability. We’ve all been soaking in it for far too long. Nancy’s frustrations got me all fired up to make a 2 part video series addressing just this.
